It is also possible to prevent deterioration caused by local heating! A rationalization technology has been established for processing with a twin-screw extruder (TEX).
The production of polymers such as rubber copolymers is generally carried out through methods like emulsion polymerization or solution polymerization. Traditionally, methods using a single-axis pre-dehydrator and an expansion extruder for drying were common, but we have now established a rationalization technology that processes everything with a single twin-screw extruder (TEX), which we would like to introduce. By using a twin-screw intermeshing type screw, efficient transportation and extrusion of polymers are possible. Additionally, issues such as poor feed of raw materials, slit leakage, and surging instability are resolved. 【Features】 ■ Stable operation ■ Space-saving ■ Energy-saving ■ Prevention of polymer quality degradation *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
Simultaneous high-efficiency volatile removal and low-temperature extrusion! Introducing the water-added degassing extrusion technology.
Our company uses a twin-screw extruder called 'TEX' for one method of removing volatile components from polymers, known as de-volatilization extrusion. To meet the increasingly stringent requirements for reducing residual volatile content, we have developed a water-assisted de-volatilization extrusion technology. By injecting water as a de-volatilization aid, we can enhance the de-volatilization performance to levels (residual volatile content of several + ppm or several ppm) that were not achievable with conventional methods. This technology involves a kneading section that combines a sealing ring and a kneading disk upstream of a vacuum vent, allowing for water injection under high resin pressure. **Advantages of using water as a de-volatilization aid:** - Easily obtainable - Inexpensive - High latent heat - Does not react with most resins - Easy to separate *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
